Recognized expert or leader in a particular field. Utilize extensive creativity and judgment to solve very unusual and complex problems, determination of long-term program objectives and requirements, and sets the standards and guides for many diverse activities.
Over 15 years of experience coupled with hands on experience in one or more of the following areas.

Systems Engineering:
Establish requirements, validate concepts of operation, system of systems testing, recommend/create IPTs.

Cost Analysis:
Establish program cost objectives and over arching ground rules and assumptions, direct cost research activities, cost analyses on ACAT I level programs, recommend/create cost team.

Operations Research Analysis:
Force structure analyses, establishing analytic objectives and approach, guiding model development, recommend/create analysis team.
Senior Principal
Utilize high creativity and judgment to solve unusual and complex problems, determination of program objectives and requirements, and the development of standards and guides for diverse activities.
Over 12 years of experience coupled with hands on experience in one or more of the following areas.

Systems Engineering:
Translate requirements to system design objectives, lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), develop concepts of operation, plan and conduct system of systems testing.

Cost Analysis:
Establish ground rules and assumptions, direct team activities, cost analyses on ACAT I level programs.

Operations Research Analysis:
Draft study plans and terms of reference, formulate and structure models, direct analytic activities of multi-disciplinary teams.
Principal
Utilize intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to develop new or improved techniques or procedures.
Over 8 years of experience coupled with hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas.

Systems Engineering:
Draft system design documents, key member of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), conduct system of systems testing.

Cost Analysis:
Draft ground rules and assumptions, developing life cycle cost models, cost analyses on ACAT III or higher level programs.

Operations Research Analysis:
Execute studies, develop models, conduct analytic activities as a member of multi-disciplinary teams.
Senior Associate
Analysis of complex and unusual systems in support of a specific project. Exercises independent judgment in selecting appropriate approaches to meet project objectives.
Over 6 years of experience coupled with hands on experience in one or more of the following areas.

Systems Engineering:
Research technologies and associated capabilities in meeting performance requirements, participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), conducting system of systems testing.

Cost Analysis:
Develop sub-models (e.g., reliability growth, learning curve application, deployment options, etc.) to life cycle cost models, cost analyses on ACAT IV or higher level programs.

Operations Research Analysis:
Execute studies, developing models, conduct analytic activities as a member of multi-disciplinary teams.
Associate
Analysis of complex and unusual systems in support of a specific project or set of projects. Perform day-to-day tasks under periodic supervision.
Over 4 years of experience coupled with exposure to one or more of the following areas.

Systems Engineering:
Conduct directed research on technologies and associated capabilities, participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), conduct system of systems testing.

Cost Analysis:
As directed, develop sub-models (e.g., reliability growth, learning curve application, deployment options, etc.) to life cycle cost models, research key technologies and their associated costs across a variety of applications, configuration management of cost-related documents.

Operations Research Analysis:
Conduct research on system capabilities and develop model inputs, running models, reduce data from modeling activities.
Junior Associate
Analysis of standard and usual systems in support of a specific project or set of projects. Perform day-to-day tasks under some supervision.
College degree and course work in one or more of the following areas.

Systems Engineering:
Understand system boundaries and can conduct directed research activities.

Cost Analysis:
Review and document mechanics of life cycle cost models, conducts directed research.

Operations Research Analysis:
Researches system capabilities and develops model inputs, runs models under supervision
Admin Support
Assist in clerical and administrative tasks. Perform day-to-day tasks under supervision.
