Kristan King

Kristan graduated from Sheffield University where he studied Accounting and Economics before embarking on his Chartered Accountancy qualification.

Kristan was previously a partner in Deal Advisory for KPMG in the Isle of Man, having spent nearly 25 years with KPMG across Audit and Deal Advisory based in the Isle of Man, Manchester and Auckland. He has worked on a broad range of corporate and private equity transactions across many jurisdictions and has extensive experience of M&A in the trust and corporate services sectors, including a number of transactions for Summit Group before deciding to join the team.

Kristan spends most of his spare time training for triathlons, often with his family who are also keen on sport.
