Prashant Makhija

Prashant joined Sanctuary in May 2022 and is a Senior Manager in Sanctuary’s Trusts and Fiduciary team.  He has a decade of experience and extensive knowledge of trust administration, compliance, corporate governance and family office matters.

Prashant previously worked for an institutional sized Middle East-based Single Family Office where he was instrumental in the set-up and ensuring the appropriate processes and protocols were in place.

At Sanctuary, Prashant is responsible for ensuring proper governance of our clients’ PTCs, foundations and family offices.

Prashant is a member of ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK & Ireland) as well as ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India.)
